Optasia Ministry Contact Information

To receive resources from Optasia Ministry you must send us a statement affirming that you have a visual disability requiring the use of the alternative format materials we provide. A statement of blindness or visual disability sent to us by e-mail is sufficient.

Include your name and contact information, including your mailing address so we can mail you the library.

Normally we send the library on a single DVD, but if you need to receive it on a set of CD's, please let us know.
