Optasia Forum aims to provide online encouragement and assistance for those with visual disabilities who are serving in a variety of ministry positions in the church of Jesus Christ.
We face emotional, attitudinal, technical and practical challenges as we seek to carry out the calling we have received from our Lord Jesus Christ. But we are also called to glorify God in everything, and certainly by using the gifts God has given us. The Holy Spirit’s gifts are not limited to those who, as our culture sees them, do not have disabilities. Though many would say that we are handicapped, we affirm that God’s power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Optasia Forum aims to provide a setting where we can share ideas and find encouragement to continue in the Lord’s service.
We want to open this part of the website for friends of Optasia Ministry to share questions, challenges, ideas, opinion resources and stories.
