How to Receive Resources from Optasia Ministry

1. Contact us.

2. We will need to receive a statement from you affirming that you qualify for our services. This means that you must have a visual disability or some other disability that makes it necessary for you to use the alternative formatted material we offer.

3. We can send you a form to fill out if you wish.

4. You may receive our entire library, or you may receive an individual item or two. For the sake of simplicity we may send our entire library of books rather than singling out just a few. But a Bible version may be sent separately.

5. We will provide most materials on a CD ROM disk, though under some circumstances we may be able to e-mail materials to you.

6. Our services are free, though a donation of $10.00 will help us meet expenses.
